hey you guys. what lube viscosity are you guys using for your manual trans. my trnas is a warner t98A. have any of you ever heard of this trans?

have you guys come across a bellhousing for the aod that bolts up to the 223?

The T98 trans is a heavy four speed that replaced the T9 crashbox four speed (If I remember my Borg-Warner tranny numbers correctly). If you plan on using your trans hard in how weather (towing in 85+ degrees) you should run 140 or 85-140 weight gear lube. If not, use 90 weight or 80-90 gear lube. I don't thing Ford ever made a bell housing that would mate an AOD to a 223. I think Flat O Products is making an AOD / C4 adapter for the late flatheads and you might be able to do something with that.
