tri power cable linkage?

I have managed to swipe the pedal assembly from a maverick and am going to fab a cable linkage-anyone have any pics to make my task a little easier? I have about had it with the factory rod!! The junkyards around here are void of any old stuff anymore so I'll have to get creative(read "cheap") Thanx in advance!

I have a Maverick cable on an Offy 3X1 linkage setup. BAsically all I did was make up a bracket on the carb throttle lever and use the cable to the center carb as if it was a regular single carb. The Offy linkage basically then follows the center carb until the progressive outers flip open to WOT. The point the outer carbs start opening simply depends on where the Offy "slip rods" are set. I have also seen the same arrangement homebrewed with a "slip cable" to work the outers. It's simple,... like me... .

Here's a good shot of progressive linkage setup. The different lengths of the fulcrums make it "progressive" and you set the rod stops to start opening the outer at desired throttle position.

Thanx for the pics! I have had mine setup for a while and the progressive part has always been fine-I just wanted to eliminate the throttle rod(through the firewall). I was looking at going directly to the offy linkage, but I see that yours comes from between the carbs. I have seen the light!!!(may be a train?). I don't have a bracket to mount for a between the carb run, but I am sure I can fab one up. Seems like the kickdown would be easier to fab with your method as well. I have thought too long about this and needed a fresh pair of eyes so to speak-THANX!

What year mavrick ? The whole assembly including the pedal ? I can see that the factory rod is not going to work its hitting the header .
