Tune-Up specs???

I rebuilt the Holley 1946 last weekend and now I'm looking to tune up the '78 Zephyr. I can't read the sticker on the valve cover and I need to know what the tune-up specs are as in ignition timing and idle speeds. This is for a 200 with a C4 automatic transmission. Also, does the distributor get plumbed to manifold vacuum or timed vacuum? Thanks.

10*btdc @ 900 rpm with the vac line off and plugged. Then with your vac line connected the the timed port on the carb set your rpm to 600 in drive.

Ok, well she runs pretty darn good now, but no good on the timed vacuum. There are two plastic hoses attached to each connector and if I put the one with the spark advance on the timed vacuum port then the other one has to get manifold vacuum. Problem with that is as soon as the engine warms up a TVS opens and the EGR valve gets manifold vacuum, meaning it is fully open at idle, making the car run like total crap. With that pair of hoses on the timed vacuum port and the pair with the vacuum advance hooked to the manifold vacuum port the car runs pretty good. I can't test drive it as it has no master cylinder at the moment but it idles nice and revs up good.
