Hey thanks for the link to your website, is that a standard manifold that has been modified or extractors? I have got extractors on my car, which are the two piece, 2 x 3 which join together. I was thinking of just getting the standard manifold and modifying that. Just going to be running stock boost, which would be good for around 200hp, which in a TE cortina is good enough. Car has 2.77lsd, standard 4 speed corty manual, and running straight gas using gas research setup. Turbo will be a standard T03. Where I got my car dynoed there was an XF with similar setup to mine, manual, gas research, standard motor and 3.23 diff and it got 200rwkw
