They are very tough to find. I ended up
having one made out of aluminum stock. This pulley, in the link and plans, spins the H2O pump about 10% faster than stock for better cooling at idle, and has no clearance issues when using a later, larger diameter, double groove harmonic balancer. Original early double pulleys + late double groove harmonic balancers often interfere. If you have room in front (the biggest question), it will be cheaper to use a later long pump, late triple pulley, and late 5 or 6 blade fan.
The plans.
Have the finished pulley hard anodized, or have two made and plan on replacing it every 20-25,000 miles. The belts will
wear open the grooves in a raw aluminum pulley.
I had "big plans" to have a bunch made and offer them up a few years ago, but my connections in the "poor, broke, and desperate" machinst word are slim. Use the plans as you wish. If you reproduce a bunch and go into business, making millions, mention my name with kind words.
