I’ve been searching for the factory valve specs (overall length and tip length) for the 200 but haven’t found anything. Anyone have the specs on these and also where to get factory replacement valves that are actually in stock?

Thanks!

OAL is 4.260"

What year head are you using some of the late models used a larger intake valve, it went from 1.651 to 1.75.

Call Classis Inlines & see if they have any SI valves in stock. Their flow is superior. After you lap the intake valves in take a 30 degree cut to the lap in line for superior flow.
The 30 degree cut applies to any valves.

It’s a C9 casting with the 1.65 intake. My machine shop said he could cut the head and go to the larger 1.75. Just need to find a larger exhaust valve.

If you will note the detail, he is looking for factory replacement valves. These are factory replacement valves. They should all be good for a .440 lift.
The camshaft I’m using is a Clay Smith cam H-6474-0-B with .450 lift with the factory 1.5 ratio rockers. I’d like to use a larger exhaust valve too if there’s one available.

He’s out. He does have the stock replacement valves which is fine for what I’m doing with this engine.

You are using the same Clay Smith camshaft I have in my 200 engine, except I am using the Yella Terra 1.65 ratio rockers that make it a .485" intake valve lift & a 4.95" exhaust valve lift. I am using 1.75" intake valves & 1.5" for exhaust valves. I used some Crower double springs & retainers, Viton seals & K-liner bronze valve guide inserts. My other engine has the 480/480 lift single pattern cam H-64/64-0-B using 1.65 ratio rockers. It has the same valve setup.
Can you DM me your contact info? I’d like to get the valves I need and see what else you may have.
