Valve seat inserts

Found some on Advance auto parts. What are they, and do they work? I want to put them in the valve seat so it'll work with unleaded fuel. If that doesn't work, what will? I'd prefer to keep the stock head...

You would need to have a machine shop do it.

You need to have the valve seats in the head machined out, sized to fit the inserts, interference fit. place the head in an oven to heat it up, Place the inserts in the freezer. Once the right temps are reached, the inserts should drop right in. After stable temps are reached, the valves can ground to match to the seats. Common practice for a competent machine shop.

You might find $20-ish per seat. Maybe more, maybe less.
