just re-jetted the webers carbs on my offy set up..WOW..what a diff....smooth..idles great...180 center..165 on other two...65 idle jets in all..well worth the money...also just wondering...should i put lock washers on the carb bolts..never have,but i do need to retighted them once in a while.............

Yes that would be the best, ad a flat washer next to the carb base to protect it than a lock washer or if you could also use self locking nuts (nylocks). :nod:
 
Yes use a lock washer, I used them without flat washers and have made 3 years and about 2800 miles without a problem. The jetting is right on what I am running. Its just a tad rich at idle but leave the plugs a nice light tan color. Afr readings are right on in all ranges. I have noticed the weber 34s to be more sensitive to temp. Changes than other carbed engines I have had.
