WEBER on STRIKE ??

HI ALL
I'm getting the word from the parts stores that Webber is on strike and it well be months if I order a carb..
Does Stovebolt steal have some.. of the 5200's ?? :

Yes, he has several in stock. But I hear from another vendor that they are selling the 38 DGES for the same price as the 32/36. That's a great deal! You'll probabaly use more gas (slightly I would think) but you will see an improvement in horsepower and torque. Nice.

The problem with Stovebolt is getting someone to answer the phone. I get their answering machine all the time it seems. Yesterday, their machine said that they were closed until Monday.

Yes that is true but everytime I called and left a message, Tom usually called back within a day or so. Most don't realize he travels alot. Mostly long weekends. Could be retired. Could be car shows, it's the season after all.

Try calling Pierce Manifolds-they are a Weber dealer and may have your needs in stock.

All of stovebolt's webers are rebuilt so the strike should not have an effect.
