Weber to OZ Intake adapter

Is there such a thing out there?

Which Weber are you looking to mount? There are many different kinds of Weber carbs.

Take a look here:

Which Weber Series is best for my needs

My guess would be that it shouldn't be too difficult to find adapters to mount most of the down draft Weber carbs with closely spaced throats to the OZ intake. It might be necessary to adapt from the OZ intake to something like a Holly two barrel mount, and then from that to the Weber, but it should be possible to do it.

The one real problem I can see could be hood clearance, depending on what sort of vehicle you're putting it in, but if necessary you could even get somebody to fabricate a custom adapter for pretty much anything out of aluminum.

Thanks fellas! Two good links there to work from. Did they ever make a 4 Bbl manifold for the 2V head?

Looks good to me, just wondering on the construction of it? Meaning how tall is it? Not alot of room to play with on a 68 Mustang. He has no pictures of it on the web site. I've got a Holley 350, a Weber DGES, and a DGEV. I'd like to see which one goes best eh? :hmmm:

I agree about the tight space. I have a 66 Mustang 200 loghead with a Clifford adapter for a DFEV and I have about 2.5 -3 inches of hood clearance. I run a very thin breather and filter.

I have a OZ 250 head and intake I am going to install to replace the loghead and I am not sure which carb to use. The DFEV works really good on the loghead, but not sure if it will perform on the OZ head and intake. Do I buy an Autolite 2100 or the adapter for the DFEV? Just not sure where to spend the money.

The adapter from Hardiman Auto Supplies, 10-2216 adaptor for Holly/Weber, is 15mm thick without gaskets

15mm? That should cut it, the Holley adapter I have is 15mm also so if it doesn't fit, I'm really hosed. :bang:
