Get the air cleaner, wires, coil, control module, carb, DSII and the flex plate. Probably some stuff I forgot but others will join in. It should pretty much bolt right in and with stock carb you should feel a power increase. Take a look at your flywheel and see if it needs resurfacing, if it does you may want to consider having the machine shop balance the flywheel to match the flexplate. If it looks like it was leaking oil now is the time to do the rear seal as it is hard to do with it in the vehicle. You have to put the 170 pan on the 200 anyway so you will get a new pan gasket. The timing chain is probably ok at 36,000 miles but some on here might suggest replacing it with a pre emission set. Also if your clutch is worn do it now the stock clutch is fine with a stock six. Leave the exhaust manifold attached to it. When I did my 200 swap the exhaust header pipe bolted right to the 200 manifold. My 66 Bronco had 2" exhaust stock. You may be able to sell your 170 carb, balancer, and rocker arms to Mike for cores.
If your feeling adventurous you may want to consider a cam but that would depend on the condition of the 200 which may be hard to assess with not hearing it run. The cam is probably the lowest cost highest return item you can get from what I understand and with a low mileage motor like that I would be tempted. Good luck.
