What kind of dizzy is this?

This came from a 1965 Falcon 200. Can anyone tell by looking at it if it is a load-a-matic or not?

LOM. The two springs on the breaker plate (first image) are the telling part.

What do those two springs do? Are they tension for the Vac advance only?
