what the subject says...
going to go 2bbl just don't know what kind, always wanted a holley 2300, but i can get a holley weber from stovebolt for $65 and i've heard good things about both

just which one is better for daily driver and can get it done when i get down on it? also which is easier to tune?

For tuning, driveablity and the best gas mileage the Holley 5200 is real tough to beat! The Holley 2300 may give more HP but with a stock log head I think the 5200 will offer as much power and better mpg. I've had a Holley 5200 on a log head and aussie head and I had Holley 2v 500 and 4v 650 cfm carbs on the aussie heads. The Holley 5200 was very easy to tune. Hope this helps!

For long term ease of use and reliability...

Autolite 2100. The 2100 was arguably one of the best 2V carbs ever made. Very easy to work on, and very reliable. A little less adjustable then some of the holleys, but more reliable.
