well I'm getting deeper into this by the weekend. need to keep it running till winter when I tear it down for a rebuild. it's a daily driver. Pulled the valve cover off and there's oil dripping from the rocker arm assembly for the 1st 1/3 of it (from the firewall forward. I watched for a full 2 minutes and nothing dripped off the shaft for the 1st 4 rocker arms and they will not budge laterally. where can I get a new assembly? just stock lift for now. I need a wax on, wax off solution. (little or no downtime). thanks.

Might just require a good cleaning, they get sludged up.
I took one that was encrusted in gunk to a machine shop and they cleaned it in a tumbler of shot and solvent. Be careful if you do this, the pedestals are aluminum and won't take hot tanking.
