It's a flywheel, for a manual trans. You need a zero balance flexplate. They're available from Summit, among others.

Hey, got a block plate and inspection cover? They're the same, manual to auto, from my experience. I've seen some BW autos with no block plate, too.

That should work for a manual transmission car; but even yanking the weights off, I'd want to have it balanced just to be sure...!
