Will US 200/250 Dizzys work in the Aussie 250 pre xflow?

Hi Everyone, new to the forum but been stalking for years.

I recently aquired at low kay XB falcon and looking to upgrade to EFI.

I have a complete 250 2V engine which Im going to fit and I'd like to fit a Holley Hyperspark ignition setup to go with the super sniper EFI system.

Does anyone know if dizzys meant for US pre xflow (log motors) found in the US falcons and mustangs will fit the Aussie 1970 to 1976 Pre xflow motors.

I believe the XB dizzy uses a 5/16 drive shaft which is the same as US models.

Maybe no one has ever thought of doing that or it has not been done. From what I know the 221 oil pan is not interchangeable with the US 250 so the blocks are different. Not any actual help I know. Maybe tech support at Holley will know.

Thanks, from what I have researched it seem that there are quite a few difference between aussie and yank log motors....bit painful as the americans get all the good bits for the older pre xflow based sixes.
