XF efi ecu mods....

Hello!
When I get around to it I am going to try and modify my XF ULP ecu (efi) to try and screw a bit more poke out of the old dog. Is there anybody out there that has done it before? Any ideas? I have a lot of experience with repairing these units but not much in the mods area.

I know heaps on the gm delco system with the removable eprom otherwise know as the memcal. With the ford sistem the memcal is soldered on to the ecu making it abit harder to retrive the iformation> I know in the states theres a piggy back that u can attach to the back of the computer allowing u to program it with a laptop on the go.

What do you need to adapt a delco from a vn etc commodore onto a efi 250?
