1/2" spacer installed but now hearing rattling noise

Finally got the spacer installed and cranked her up but am now hearing a rattling
sound coming from the fan area. Where would I begin troubleshooting this and
what could the possible issue be?

Ended up going back out and tightening the bolts down more and the noise went away.

Yeah, I felt like a big ole tool when I went out and noticed the bolts needed a little more tightening. I couldn't see the forest for the trees. Was thinking water pump, pulley, belt, etc...
