Autolite 1100 in '68 Fairlane

Hello I am a newbie in need of help. I have a 1968 Fairlane with a 200 ci and a troublesome Autolite 1100. I cannot get a smooth or steady idle it will run with the choke on but dies out when it is kicked down. The carb has been rebuilt and I have checked all vaccuum lines.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should check next?
