All Small Six What carburetor is this?

Trying to identify what carb this is, is it a version of an 1100 without a SCV? Quick back story: this carb came on the car when I got it in 2010 and with a LOM distributor. I drove it for years like that as a daily, idle issues sometimes but overall reliable. Then the car sat for several years and I jumped back into it. Started having problems with this carb and the choke wasn’t working (spring broken inside). Got a new 1100 carb that does have a SCV (in last photo) that doesn’t look anything like the first one. Now I have problems where it dies when I give it gas and hesitates sometimes. Long story short, I’m wondering which Autolite this carb is, and is it worth rebuilding and putting back on the car. I’m gathering parts to convert to electronic ignition later this year also if that changes the answer. Any help is much appreciated

The carb is a Holley 1940 that was produced for Ford as a dealer replacement for the Autolite 1100 when it was no longer produced. The one in your pictures has a casting number that should have a SCV installed, and it is missing. The auto choke has parts missing and the throttle components are also missing which activate the pump.
The 1100 in the picture has the SCV, however, the carb's vacuum port is open (brass fitting next to SCV valve). There should be a vacuum line that connects from that port to the vacuum diaphragm on the LOM distributor. Putting that vacuum line on would be a good start. Check the initial timing to see if it needs adjustment.
 
Got it that makes sense, i think i was confused because of the autolite branding on the carb which is strange since it's a Holley. Is this core worth keeping for anything?
And yes I do have that vacuum to dist line hooked up now thank you, just didn't in that photo it was to the side. One thing I noticed also is that my antistall dashspot screw isn't touching, could this be why I am stalling at a stop when I go to accelerate?

Don't know if it is too late to help, but WRT the dashpot: The dashpot does not have a function during acceleration. Its purpose is to prevent stalling when you suddenly let off of the throttle while driving. IOW, the dashpot is there to keep the throttle from completely closing before idle gas can start flowing, a condition which can actually stall your engine if it happened too fast. This is why you don't need a dashpot with a manual transmission - the inertia of the car will keep the engine turning long enough for the idle gas to pick up, no matter how fast you let off the gas.
