All Small Six 170 vs. 200 mechanical fuel pump

I need to replace the fuel pump on my '63 170. Just about every fuel pump I find states fitting a 200. Understanding a lot of parts interchange, I shouldn't have any problem installing a 200 pump on a 170 should I? The mating boss on the block to the pump cam lobe is the same across all the small sixes, aren't they?

Mine is not the vacuum wiper type, the pump only pumps fuel.

Yes they are the same spec fuel pump some may use different fittings and some might have a Canister Fuel filter on them (its larger and a very good one)!

Yes Right the mounting boss'es all use the same shape of Gasket!

That's good since those are much cheaper to buy and easier to find than those Vacuum Wiper Fuel Pump's. Good luck.
