Ok I just swapped out my orig 1100 carb for a rebuilt 1100.
When I picked it up it seemed to look the same but after getting it home I found that the holes on the carb were to small to fit onto the manifold by one size. Fixed that by drilling the holes one size bigger. Now for the?
After getting it bolted down I found that the linkage on the carb for the throttle seems to be different, Mine (67 Bronco 170) had more of straight pull across the top of the engine as the new one hangs further down on the pass side of the carb just enough for my cable to bind the linkage (it need more of an Upward pull) does  the throttle cable linkage differ on 1100's
Or did I get a bad carb.
