I have the original 170 4 main block from my 66 Bronco. Currently no oil pan, oil pump pick up tube or valve cover. Does anyone need this or should I save anything from it like the head or harmonic balancer. Thinking about taking to the picnpul to get my $20 core charge back.
Thanks

In some towns we get more 4 em if taken elsewhere for the weight...
U don't wanna take it apart to "learn" (4 yer other)?

Never thought of metal recycler, good tip. I saved it because it was running when I took it out just old and tired. Probably will save the rocker arms and balancer unless someone wants it for free.

Probably will save the...
Now yer talkin - "check it out". Look up what fits the 250...
Then U can have a yrd like mine! 28 yrs of bronk parts.

Invectivus- I believe it has not been bored but no way to know for certain. I pulled the 170 almost 20 years ago, never removed the head just been sitting in my garage. It smoked a little and had low oil pressure but ran ok.
