Ok, I’ve been searching the site and have found some info on serpentine systems, however I just want to upgrade to run a 3g so I believe the HB 1432 balancer from 4.0 for the crank, but I can’t seam to find any info on the water pump pulley used, looks like a standard rotation fox pulley might work? Alternator pulley should be an easy find. Any info would be great appreciate
thanks in advance

Yes. That one fits the stock 1.248" crank spigot shared from 1960 to 1999. 144s, 170, 200 and Aussie 250 and 4.0 SOHC's. Same diameter.
See the
JackFish Taurus 3G alternator conversion.

Stock Taurus alternator has a 6 rib pulley, not the one in post # 5 in Four Eyed Pride
and the
RickWrench Shot Nose 4.0" or Long nose 4.125" water pump drive.

AzCoupe and
Broncitus did the first serp drive swap.
The water pump pulley was a revised copy of
RickWrench's brothers aluminum 4-1/8 long snout water pump design.

Mike1157 water pump set up link, for additional ideas, bu thats a US 250, which used the 221/255/260/289/302/351 SBF/302-351 Cleveland and BBF 1.375" Crank Balancer...
not the same as the 1.247-1.248"
The
AzCoupe and
Broncitus idler was ex Windsor/Cleveland/Essex 90 V6 serpentine belt system.
Search on the internet for Cleveland Serpentine drive idler.
Its a common part used on those.
The US sourced crankshaft pulley was ex Modular 4.6, IIRC. Thats simlar to the 4.0 SOHC EF2/EL Falcon
Use the right 6 rib pulley from a 1979 to 2001 5.0 and adjust the position inwards or outwards to suit. Diameter, back spacing are limited, because the US 200 has a tight 7.803-7.833 tall block and the 6.85" pulley allows for only a small diameter water pump pulley... they clash if the top water pump pulley is too large a diameter. Ford make several water pump serp drive offsets for 5.0 and 5.8's... truck, Explorer, Mustang.
I'm certain you will have great fortune with this Chris.
All the carefully crafted links I spent godless hours working on, don't work no more, so I wont spoon feed you.. you have to do the work, crs93and66
