Earlier this fall, I replaced my Load-a-matic with a rebuilt 68 dizzy for the 200. Well, my vacuum advance was way too much so for the time being it was suggested that I disconnect the vac advance to prevent the major pinging.
I haven't been driving the car since the weather turned cold here, but I have heard of some people mention that some dizzy's have a adjustment screw (hex head) inside the vaccum diaphram. Does my new dizzy have this? Does anyone know what size allen wrench is used and which way do you turn it to lower tha advance?
