200 headers & more

Hi there.

I am installing headers on my 200 inline, long and pretty cool dual outlet ones. They have 2 1/2" collectors, but I am wondering, should I build a dual exhaust system and install some open mufflers on each tube, or just lead both collectors into a wide tube? If I go for the single tube method, maybe 2 1/2" - 3" wide would do the trick?

Another thing, how do I find out the origin of my engine? It is thought to be from a Granada but no one knows for shure..

Single tube for a 200...no bigger then 2.5" and that may be pushing it. Dual tubes...I wouldn't go bigger then 2.25", and preferably no bigger then 2"

just FYI, I'm running 2" duals
