200 Swap

I have just purchased an old 63 Falcon, Futura, Convert. I would like to put in a 200cu in from a 69 Mustang, will it bolt in directly, what do I use for a 3 speed?

If the car is an original 6-cyl car, it will be a bolt in with no problems. Mine was a 170 ci car to start with and I swapped a 200 with ease.
