Not so likely or easily done due to different main bearing sizes of the two blocks though if you can come up with some bearing spacers or have the cranks mains welded and turned you would be able to fit a 200 crank into a 250 block. Next after that you would need to find a longer rod to make combo work maybe from a 240 or some custom. If your trying to go the other way your just not going to be able to put a 250 crank into a 200 block it won't clear the cam for one and probably other parts of the block. This would not be a low budget build up. Good luck
