Hi,
The first step towards correcting my 2bbl setup would be to identify my distributor. I have a 1968 200ci engine. I still need to get a 1968 shop manual. What would be the correct name for this distributor? I have electronic ignition and a H/W 2bbl carb from Stovebolt. There are no vacuum lines going to the carburetor. The wire with the green stripe is going to the three pronged "thing" that screws into the water pump. The other one is now disconnected. What aftermarket distributor would work well with this carburetor? Also, it was suggested that I get spiral wound plug wires. Is anyone else running these wires? What brand do you have?
I can spin the tires when standing still, but there is still a flat spot when cruising, when I open up the secondary. After a few seconds of bogging, it takes off a little better, but now how it used to be.
Thanks,
Justin
