3 speed leaking?

It seems every time I move my car outside that there is some sort of clear yellowish oil on the floor. Is this from my manual 3 speed?

My guess is brake fluid.

My guess is yes/maybe. My 3-speed would sometimes leak a bit of yellow-brown oil. Not much and not often. When I replaced my clutch recently, I replaced all the transmission fluid and seals and tightened all bolts and it doesn't leak now.
