About 2 and a half years ago I was on the Inline Pages and came across a part number for an oil filter that will work with the 170 but you can use 6 quarts of oil instead of 5. I lost the part number and forget who makes it though. Does anyone remember? Is it worth it on a street motor? Thanks.
Oh by the way, thanks to all who helped with the camshaft. The engine runs great now. It used to struggle to get to 4200RPM and sputtered and backfired on the way down...now though it gets up to 5 Grand without a problem, runs solid up there and comes back down smooth.
