Thanks, MarkP. That I don't have a manual is pretty obvious.
Lightninboy, I left everything about the linkage in the stock locations, just measured the extra distance I'd have to cover, and, with the help of a neighbors rig, welded up some plate to cover that distance.
Essentially, it is a letter L where the carb connector is at top, and the long length goes down for the stud and kicker. I had to re-drill the carb stud hole once to better locate it. I ground off all the sharp edges, and used a lock-nut set-up to attach the 5200 arm to the adaptor. As before, the is now opposite of the oem overhaed pull, so measurements were a big help to get all correct.
The trans kicker is a bit short, so I may have to redo it at some point. It surely is backyard engineering.
