Well team should Addo finish the coupe that lurks in his front yard?????

Well, with a little help from Master Jack, I'll have brakes for the new diff shortly (narrow, LSD, standard XY brakes). I drew a complete blank finding a full brake spring kit locally.

Then, I install the diff and put on the rear's 12-slots. New dual master cylinder, bleed the brakes and swap in my manual gearbox / pedal hanger. Got to work out my clutch actuation method still.

Find a tailshaft or get one cobbled up and balanced.

After that, motor gets started for the first time in years. Might have to shoot some video of that!

Once it's running again, I'll probably hook into the front suspension.

No shibboleth, even Google Earth knows where it is!

That picture is about 2002. There's been skylights fitted since to the roof.

If you Google my house, you can see the red Stang has been moved. The camper I am storing for a friend at church is still there. He's out of work right now, so I can't badger him to fix it and move it off.

For Sale: 76 Dodge Camper; honey colored cabinets, chocolate drapes, goldenrod counter tops, cinnamon highlights. Gold starburst paneling.
Needs TLC (=waterpump and major interior cleanout and maintenance).
Diven onto lot. Can you drive it off???
Ideal for college student or homeless yard crawler.

Excellent! Gotta love those 70's colour schemes!

Personally, I am proud to still remember their names: goldenrod, chocolate, cinnamon, avocado.

Nahh, you're thinking of the James Bond movie "Goldbricker."

But I remember that international phenom of porn from the era: Avocado.
There was even a song: "Avocado, why don't you settle down..."

forget it to much work, time and money.im sure i could find you say a rego'd ef to swap?or if your into classics im sure i can find a rego'd ea for ya?

No I can vouch that the car does exist or something like it under a tarpaulin. Yikes it could have been a VB Commodore.

Mark

how many HP is a painted diff worth? :P

VB? you are cruel Mark. It's one thing to say a man's Ford doesn't exist but that's way below the belt.

Whistles chirpily, pretending he didn't feel the
"Chinese Burn" Mark gave him, or
the "dead leg" from Andrew.

Say, what do Fordsix people think about Rick Joy, compared to Luis Barragan?

Now you're just being very very very silly.

On Joy is it just me there a lot of Ando in the Joy Residence and Studio? Change those beautiful rammed earth walls into beautiful off form concrete and move it from desert Arizona to downtown Tokyo and I reckon there's a whole lotta Todao goin on.

Back to the car talk.

Good point. It's like that craze for "lounge versions" of rock tunes. Or Satie transcribed for guitar. But I'd rather the desert - less rust to worry about.

Yes, had so many little tasks in the way; it's only just starting to become feasible. Life would be great without clients, but with income... And thus we've since experienced such delightful precipimatation. ^n

The Irrational is more pressing, as it's needed ASAP for commercial application. That's why it gets 2-3 evenings per week of my time.

Plus the Falcon is easier than the truck because I'm more familiar with the parts and sources, have many bits pre-prepared and it's smaller! Any bigger pieces will simply be put on the truck (note prior paragraph!), then shipped out for re-work as needed. Maybe I'm slacking because of that confidence level. :?
