the pushrods from the 144 should fit if you've got them, you can source NOS size or custom lengths from these guys:
The rockers' adjusting nuts had to be almost all the way out/up when I built the 250 with mixed parts. I measured carefully and they provided the slightly cut down length it needed to return to a normal adjustment position.
