As another check that the cap is on right look at the notch for the bearing tang, those should all be on the same side.

Yes Sir! I noticed they were on the wrong side, I'm 100% positive the cap is mismarked. A friend suggested I remark it, he made a really good point, that way nobody in the future will have an issue.

I would agree with that! You can use a center punch or better still an engraver if you have or can barrow one. Then grind the other arrow off. Good luck
