Would having cherry bomb mufflers on dual exhaust be okay? lol .. like loud or something?
IMHO...you are approaching this in a "look at me" way. You need to plan out your changes and research what it is you want for your six. if you want sound..then add dual out headers with the port divider and then flowmaster 40's. But the really good sound you want would come from a mildly built engine.

If it sounds like a car i bought a few years ago. It will be a interpretation of a the fart-can muffler. Honestly, get a mild turbo muffler. 6 cyl, 2 bbl header and two big C-bomb mufflers.

Speaking from experience, the Cherry Bombs are not all that loud - just have an annoying resinating sound throughout the cars cabin. At least that was my experience.
I started with Cherry Bombs then Turbos and finally Dynomax Super Turbos - MUCH better. Nice rumble outside and fairly quiet inside. No resonates.
