Are there any companies that do complete performance 200's?

Can I just buy a rebuilt performance 200? I'm tied down to working on a couple of Jeeps so I don't have the time but I really want to get things rolling with the mustang. I have a tired 200 in a 65 vert that is in excellent shape. Also, what's the most your going to get out of a 200?
