autolite1100 adjusting idle

hey guys, im new here. this is my first mustang, first carburated car. i need to adjust my idle. there is the screw on the left and the screw under the blck choke facing straight down which one is the idle? if this is a dumb question...im sure theyll be more. dan

The screw under the choke adjusts the fast idle [when choke is on] and the screw between the choke and the carb body adjusts the curb idle - pictures from '64 Falcon manual , should be similar - see figure 14 page 10-14 [bottom of page]
The screw in the base adjusts the idle mixture - http://falconfaq.dyndns.org/display1.ph ... age=10-014 fig. 12 , bottom of page .
