bellhousing related question, very late 170 vs 200

I want to upgrade from a '61 170cid / 2.77trans to a 200 / 3.03. I have come across a bellhousing & flywheel from a '69 170 Bronco. Will this later 170 have the same flywheel / bellhousing as a '67 up 200 w/ a 3.03? What is the bolt spacing on a 3.03 between the upper two trans mounting bolts?

Yes, the 170 should have the same "intermediate" bell pattern.

HEre's a picture of the 3.03 BEll I'm using. This is from a '71 MAverick 170. I used it with the Toploader and original 3 OTT linkage until adding a T5 adapter and using it in the Pursuit 170 Wagon.

I highly recommend it to use with generic "Toploader VeeAte to T5 adapter... It takes a little modding but it's mor available than any other T5 adapter.
