Best fitting head for 2300

Well, I have three heads I am working with...I have completely chopped the 65 small valved 200 and will work on that for the fi. I have done some chopping on the 77 flat log w the big valves. But I haven't chopped it so much that it couldn't be modified to fit the 2300 2v. The big log 80 is just sitting. Should I use the big log 80 head or the 77 flat log for the 2v? :roll:

Howdy Darwin:

The '77 and the '80 heads would be my choice. Both should have 1.75" intakes, hard seats and larger port volume. Both will have 62 cc chambers. The flat-top log head is a little easier to creat a flat mounting surface onwhich to attach the carb mounting plate.
