Blocking off heater hoses

Well, I don't have a heater box and the previous owner just looped the hose back to the block. My question is can I plug these without causing a problem? It would clean things up a bit and I wouldn't have to worry about that hose. Thanks for the help.

Sure can! Sometimes the upper one is handy as a bleeder when refilling with coolant.

I just put brass slotted pipe plugs in mine 4 or 5 years ago...doesnt hurt a thing!
