I have 66 mustang with a 200 six that was given to me without a carb. I bought a carb a 1100 autolite, spacer plate and linkage from a Falcon. I am having trouble hooking up the linkage. I dont know if something is missing or I'm just not getting it. I need a picture of a factory install. I have searched the internet but cant find what I need. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

This is the best I can do. If you look closely you can see the accelerator rod and the linkage that goes to the carb throttle lever that linkage is hanging down because I had already disconnected it from the carb....there is also a spring in there. If I remember right it went from the linkage on the carb and hooked into the top of the exhaust outlet flange. You can see the spring and the linkage hanging next to it. The first pic is the best.

It's not factory and there are possibly other ways better to hook it up---but this worked for me.

Take a picture of what you've got going on right now, and we'll point you to what you need to do. We have no idea what you do and don't have. Take a detailed picture of the passenger side rear of the carb. =)

Thanks for the pics, thats the way I have it hooked up. I guess I dont use all the Falcon parts. There is a threaded hole on the spacer plate with a mount that screws into it that serves as a fulcrum for additonal linkage. As for what I got I am trying to go back all factory....thanks for the help guys.
