Hey,

What size are the standard webers on the xe/xf falcons. I've heard once their right they are a decent carb. I know they are far more complex than a holley, and offer better fuel consumption and be more user friendly. Have any of thought of putting two of them on a 250? This combination will probably be too much, so is there the same type of carb but in a smaller size? Also, what other dual carb combos do you use and is it easy to get manifolds to suit?

I wanted to do this but have opted for the more simple single 500 holley due to costs even though i bought two webers and a spare manifold to cut up.

I think the best way about doing it would be by using an efi LOWER intake and getting someone to make up a custom alloy plenum type intake in which the twin webers sit ontop above cylinder 2 and 5. Both throttles would work like triple webers opening together. Im not sure what volume the intake should be.

I'd love to see someone with enough dollars to finish the project :)

Pete
