Just got my adapter for my holley 2300 350. Went to bolt it on and ran into a few issues.
Firstly, the linkage runs towards the firewall, but moves in the opposite direction. There are several holes on the armature, do I just move it to the bottom hole so it will pull the arm instead of push?
Secondly, the fuel filter comes out of dead center of the fuel bowl. On my old single barrel it ran to the front of the engine from the pump and then into the filter. Should I just cut the fuel line and run it right up the side of the motor to the fuel bowl?
And lastly, it says its able to adapt to the Ford kickdown linkage for the auto trans. I have the lever style on mine but is nowhere near the kickdown linkage on the carb. What to do?
Thanks for any help.
