Carbs

What kind of carb works best on a BB200? i've got the clifford 2v adapter and the carb from stovebolt but it just doesn't seem to be working that great. Any ideas suggestions. I'm not looking for anything fancy, something thats just easy to tune and fairly inexpensive.

Spitting and backfiring quite a bit. It also sucks up a bit of gas. I probably have the wrong jettings in but thought I would see what else was out there before I mess with that.

8) backfiring is usually a lean mixture, or a bad intake valve.
