If i were to buy headers for my car, where would the choke tube to into the header do they make somthing that will work to do that. I dont plan on changing carbs because i just bought a Carter Carburetor from pony carbs and it costed me $400.00. cause i have the original carb that came on that exact motor. i also plan on being able to swap back to my manifold if i want to go to a completely stock show.

I hope you're refering to the choke heater tube, or I'm about to be embarrased by my answer. ...

I replaced mine by wrapping 6 turns of 1/4" copper tubing around the exhaust manifold (very carefully to prevent kinks), then connected it back into the original holes on the carb horn and the choke housing. It opens a little slower than stock, but in the Fairmont the original heater inside the exhaust manifold got completely burned away when they forced us to use MTBE gas out here - it's an aggressive acid at exhaust temperatures. I had to come up with something, because the electric chokes on the Holley 1946 carbs (most 1978 and later 3.3L) do not even flow alternator current until the body of the choke reaches about 50 degrees. On cold mornings, that can take quite a while... :(
