clatter

ok i started the mustang today after a week of not driving it and i heard some clatter coming from somewhere in either the back of the engine or the bellhousing, i can't tell where.

what could it be? how can i fix it?

rod tap, lifter, or maybe even ur port divider could of came loose. So many things it could be i suggest start it and have the hood open and listen around for where its coming from then write back man with more of a location. Could be everything from a loose bolt to a main berring.
