Hi all, I ended up buying a built 240. The motor was built, needs some adjustment and I plan to work through some issues. The guy also had a full lightly used Clifford 6=8 dual carb set up he had been trying to sell locally. He was asking $1200 for a $2200 system. I got him down just below $1000 since I was buying the motor as well. I also grabbed a DUI HEI from him, which is why he was tossing a full deal out to me. Anyway, I already have an Aussiespeed intake, EFI manifolds and Holley 2-barrel I plan to use. I do not need the Clifford set up. The parts it will need to complete are intake and exhaust studs or bolts, collector gaskets. Everything else is there and complete. See the pics below. I also have an HEI distributor from ehay with a curve kit I will toss in.
Shipping will need to be on the buyer's dime, but I am happy to share in the savings from the seller. I would consider using the set up but my Australian neighbors actually brought the intake from Australia last Christmas. Their son was massively excited and I need to move forward.
