Clutch roaring

Ok I fixed my free play issue. Which was out for a long time? What started this whole thing was there is a roaring sound when I let off the clutch pedal. When I push it in it goes away. It shifts fine and there is no grinding gears just that roaring when she is in neutral and the pedal is released. Any ideas of what it could be???

OK It sounds like the throw out baren,, does it do it when the car is not moving?? try this just rest you foot on the pedal and depress it just enouff to take up the free play if the sound goes away then the throw out baren is shot and in need of replacement. With a bad free play adjustment or the lack there of free play it can burn out a throw out baren real fast. With out any free play the throw out baren is always turning and under prusher and its only supost to be turning and working when you have the clutch in.
