I'm just shooting Idea's around, i've been following sparadicly so sorry if i repeat something tried...
1) check the Gas/Air idle screw, is the tip broken? spring too loose?
2) what's the timing?
3) is the vac can on the Dizzy good? (don't suck, blow)
4) pull the dizzy and see if a tooth is missing/chipped? hey it's possible..
5) plug Wires?
6) plugs?
7) what's the vacum pulling?
8 ) gas pump pressure? 5psi is perfect
9) try running the gas line after the gas pump in a bigger hose, this way it takes longer for the fuel to heat up...
10) do you have muliple filters? have you replaced them all?
11) maybe you have junk in the bottom of the carb, or your float is now getting stuck...
12) check one thing at a time, then do another if that one thing didn't make a difference... 1 then 1+2 then 1+2+3. etc...
